Fleur's Biscuit
barley bran 370 gr (3
cups)
wheat germ 200 gr (2cups)
self rising flour 250 gr ( 1 + 3/4 cup)
Olive oil 1/4 cup
eggs two (you can use just white or whole )
milk soya or normal milk or almond
sultana & dry fruit as much you like
orange peel one
Tb spoon
sesame seed, walnut and almond
cinnamon one Tb
spoon
cardamon one 1 tea spoon
Procedure: Mix all ingredients. Use milk
as much as you need to bind. Shouldn't be too soft or too dry. Shape into any shape to make the biscuits and put them in the oven in a tray on baking paper. Bake till
they get golden and ready.
