Fleur's Falafel

Ingredients: 



Mung bean (or peas protein, or Hem powder)   2 cups
Parsley                                                                        a big bunch
Mint                                                                            Big bunch
Onion                                                                          a big one
Garlic                                                                           half of the whole garlic
Eggs                                                                             2
Black pepper, cardamom, turmeric,
Falafel scrams                                                               


Procedure:

Boil mung beans until soft
Put mung beans, parsley, mint, sliced onion, sliced garlic, eggs, black pepper, cardamom and turmeric in a food processor. Mince well.
Shape with your hands into little flat balls.
Fry in olive oil at low temperature
